LuckyStart Account Login

Account Verification After Login At LuckyStart
LuckyStart runs account checks after login to confirm identity, payment ownership, and location eligibility. Verification can trigger automatically based on account activity or be required before withdrawals.
- When verification is required: Before the first withdrawal; when cumulative withdrawals reach €2,000; after a deposit made with a new payment method; after a password reset or email/phone change; when login location or device changes sharply; when a document on file expires.
- ID: Government-issued passport, national ID card, or driving licence. The file must show full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and a clear photo; both sides are required for an ID card or driving licence.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 90 days. The document must show full name and residential address matching the LuckyStart profile.
- Payment method: Card or e-wallet ownership proof when requested. For cards, LuckyStart typically asks for a photo showing only the last 4 digits and the cardholder name, with the middle digits and CVV hidden; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the account page showing the account holder name and email/ID.
- Source of funds: Payslip, bank statement, or tax document when requested for higher-value withdrawals or unusual transaction patterns. The document must show the account holder name and the income or balance details used for deposits.

- 2FA: LuckyStart supports two-factor authentication via an authenticator app (TOTP). After you enter your password, the site requests a 6-digit code that refreshes every ~30 seconds. Store the backup codes offline and remove old devices from the trusted list after phone changes.
- Password: Use a unique password that you do not reuse on email, banking, or other casinos. Set a minimum length of 12–16 characters, mix upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid names, dates, or keyboard patterns.
